Hi, I'm considering to buy the Sharp Aquos R9 (https://eu.etoren.com/products/sharp-aquos-r9-5g-256gb-green-12gb-ram) I live in the EU and I'm wondering: - do I get OS and firmware updates at all, now the phone is meant for Japan, Singapore and Taiwan, but I live in the EU? - if yes: are there delays or limitations in the amount of OS and firmware updates to be expected for me? thx for your help |

Hi, this phone is a global version, you should generally receive OS and firmware updates regardless of your location. However, the frequency and timing of updates may vary. Thanks! |
